Announcing the determination of the Government to continue the non-intervention policy in Spain, the Foreign Minister, M. Georges Bon- net, declared in the Chamber of Deputies yes- terday that it was for the Spanish alone to set- tle their own affairs.

There was not a man of good faith who would pub- licly denounce the policy of non-intervention, and no country could openly take the respon- sibility to denounce this policy.

Britain and France had carried out conversations

to harmonise their policies in all fields.
