Japan is ready to “lead the world toward a new era of brotherly love", but if other nations choose. opposition instead of co-operation Japan is pre- pared to blast her way to world leadership through force of arms.
That concept of Japan's role in the family of na- tions is presented by the nationalistic, patrio- tic organization known as "Shiunso," regarded in Tokyo as reflecting to a large degree the views of the Japanese army.
