As a result of official confirmation having been received from Manila, accepting the terms offered by the Hong Kong Football Association for a series of soccer games during the Chinese New Year Holidays, the Management Committee held a lengthy meeting last night in which details in connection with the forthcoming visit were discussed.
Mr. Wong Ka-tsun (Chairman) presided and other members present were Messrs. C. Guimgan, J. McKelvie, T. G. Stokes, R. M. Omar, Captain E. H. B. Niell, Lieut. W. Peall, Comd. Gnr. H. Cooper, and C. A. Goldenberg (Hon. Secretary).
It was decided that the Interport m game be played on Chinese New Year's day instead of February 18,| as previously suggested, and the game between the Combined Chin- ese on February 21. The
game against the Rest of the Colony will be held on February 22.
NAVY NOT KEEN

I understand that the proposed visit of the Annamite soccer team to the Colony has been abandoned. Club Meet Middlesex At Hockey But Have Many Weaknesses To Remedy LEFT-WINGER AND LEADER MUST BE FOUND BEFORE T.T. GAME
((By "STICKS")
Hong Kong Hockey Club are taking every opportunity of getting their first eleven into ship-shape before their next Triangular Tourna ment match against the Navy, next Wednesday, and yesterday met the Middlesex Regiment at King's Park where they shared four goals.
Fortunately for Club, two of their best inside-forwards, T. S. D. Whitley and B. I. Bickford will be in the Colony until February 4, when they leave for Home and both Club's remaining important Triangular Tournament encounters take place before that date.
Both these inside forwards] were in splendid fettle yesterday. “ERRUPTIONS" are likely in scoring a goal each, and both Hong Kong Football circles short-were very good ones at that. ly if the cabled news published With the transfer of V. Guimgam, J. Skin- ner and H. Cooper was directed to draw up a list of persons to which invitations were to be sent.
It was decided that an official dinner be held in honour of the visitors as soon after the last game as convenient and details were left to the entertainment committee composed of Messrs. J. McKelvie, C. Guimgam and T. G. Stokes.
It was also agreed that all affiliat- ed Clubs on application accompani- ed by cheque, would be permitted to book any number of seats for any game before booking to the public was open.
