The Council of the Scottish 2nd XI Football Association met at Carlton Place, Glasgow, Mr. Peter, Bonnie, Airdrieonians, the presid- ent, in the chair. The secretary announced that three new members bad been admitted this season- 'Albion Rovers, Arbroath, and Raith Rovers.

Warning To Millwall

Millwall, the London Football League Second Division club, has been fined £100 by the Football Association.
The decision, is a sequel to the match between Millwall and Sou- thampton, at New Cross, S.E., on November 5, when there was a disturbance among the specta- tors.
Millwall lost the game, and the defeat was the club's first at home for the season.
The official communication to the Millwall club referred to the "pre- vious record of unsatisfactory be- haviour of your spectatora,” added:
