The French Premier, M. Edouard Daladier, has decided to take immediate action on the Syrian question with which ́is bound up the whole Mediter- |ranean strategic situation.
A special commission of four members will be despatched to make enquiries on the spot with a view to drawing up a new Franco Syrian agreement. Reuter.
