Yacht Club's nominee, Mr. J. H. Thom, in his six-metres. Circe.
Crown Prince Olav's Six-Metres Norna VI., which became so popular during the Coronation Regatta, and which won the Scandinavian Gold · Cup last year, is likely to be the Norwegian challenger for the Clyde races. The racecourse will be buoyed in Rothesay Bay, in mid-Firth, which is a fine open water with free winds.
United States yachtsmen have not yet intimated their challenger, and may not do so until after the Ber- muda Six-Metres race just after Christmas. German, Dutch, and French yachtsmen might also take part in this international six-metres yachting competition.
