CHRISTMAS WILL BE BIGGEST AIR TEST
Every available 'plane, owned and chartered, is being used by Imperial Airways this Christmas- to fulfil their contract of carrying all Empire mail by air.
The company's own fleet, over seventy craft in all, will be utilised to the fullest. In addition, it is believed, another large fleet of air liners will have to be chartered. For the total mail (estim- ated) which is expected to be carried will be about 280 tons.
