Mr. Neville Chamberlain and Lord Halifax arrived in Paris at 5.50 yesterday afternoon.
Elaborate arrangements have been made for the next few days when a comprehensive series of tests will be carried out by A.R.P. authorities in various points on the Island and Mainland: During the blackout, two decontamination squads are to be exercised and air-raid wardens will patrol the districts which have been selected.
