Messageries Maritimes were fined $50 for failing to send in a correct return of passengers arriving in the Colony by the Athos II on Oc-. tober 12.

Mrs. A. Lloyd, of No. 20, Jordan Road, was fined $20 for failing to send in a return of residents at her boarding house, while Wong Tse Fong, of the Wong King Board- ing House, No. 30-40 Woo Sing Street, was fined $25 for a similar offence.
