There was a dramatic sequel yesterday to the case in which Dennis Corrigan was sentenced on a charge of making a false Customs declaration. As Corrigan was stepping into a car outside the court he was re-arrested with two others, Frederick Willing and James Willing.
Father and son, they are describ- ed as Dutch, and together with Chow Tin-shu, the Chinese visitor to, England who was concerned with the sale of munitions to China, are charged with conspiracy to
cheat and defraud.

The Willings were remanded bail of £500 each upon surrender- ing their passports, while Corri- gan, who had just been sentenced to a fine of £500 and 25 guineas costs, with the alternative of six months' imprisonment, was re- manded in custody.
