HITLER MEMORANDUM AND ORIGINAL ANGLO-FRENCH PLAN MADE PUBLIC
London, To-day.
Reuter learns authoritatively that Hitler's memor- andum submitted to the Czechs through Mr. Chamberlain, asks for withdrawal of the whole of the Czech armed forces, police and other offi- cials, to be evacuated from areas as set forth on a map attached to the memorandum. This area is to be handed over to Germany on Octo- ber 1, in its present condition, militarily and economically."
Germany agrees that representatives of the Czech Government and Army be attached to head- quarters of the German military forces to deal with the procedure of evacuation.
POLISH BORDER CLOSED
The Czech Government will im- mediately discharge all Sudeten Germans serving in the Czech mili- tary and police forces, and permit them to return home.
