Skirts are going to be shorter-¡ of fine tweed, and, in a jersey form,
for afternoon frocks and much shorter.
The Princess de Rohan, head of dresses. the London house of Dilkusha, of Berkeley Square, promises that her autumn collection will launch skirts round about seventeen and a halff inches from the ground.
