Brilliant Military Parade In Paris In Fete Nationale
Paris, To-day.
The annual parade on the occasion of the French National Festival, July 14th, began at nine o'clock, Thursday morning in glorious sunshine and in the presence of the President of the French Republic, Albert Lebrun, and of all the Cabinet and the Diplomatic Corps.
The parade was headed by units of white-clad sportsmen, including numerous record holders, these being followed by the trainees from the French Military Schools. Next came the Re- publican Guard and then the Marines.
