HOW TO KEEP COOL
Page
These three Hollywood misses here show us how to keep.cool and at the same time to look attractive. Helen Moler is determined not to be tanned, and the hat and scarf are not only extremely be coming but shade her face and shoulders from an overdose of sun.
Marie de Forest likes stripes and doesn't she look good in this little playsuit with the very abbreviated little jacket. The only trim- ming are zip fasteners doyn the front of the bodice and across the pockets.

LAUNDERING SHIELDS
In laundering dress shields and other rubber accessories use warm water, soap suds and soda. Add one teaspoon of soda, for each three cups of water into which a generous. portion of mild soap or soap powder has-been-placed.
All ingredients used in making pastry should be cold. The colder the pastry is when put into the oven, the flakier it will be when baked.
After washing woollen blankets rinse through several waters. Do not wring them out, but hang up dripping.
