The 38th annual congress of the "Federation Aero- nautique Internationale," which is being held this year in Berlin and which is being attended by the delegates of 23 nations, was opened in the "House of Aviation” at noon yesterday by the trans-Atlantic flier, Wolfgang von Gronau, who is president of the German Aero Club and also vice-president of the international aero- nautical federation.
