Notice of Interim Dividend.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an INTERIM DIVIDEND of FOUR per cent (4%) for the six months ending 30th June, 1938 amounting to FORTY cents per share on the Fully Paid Up Shares and TEN cents per share on the Partly Paid Up Shares of the Com- pany will be paid on MONDAY, the 4th July, 1938, on which date Divi- dend Warrants may be obtained on application at the Registered Office of the Company, Exchange Building, 4th Floor.

The TRANSFER BOOKS of the Company will be closed from SATURDAY, the 25th June to SATURDAY, the 2nd July, 1938, both days inclusive.
