CHINA TO GO VEGETARIAN

ON JULY 7

Hankow, To-day. The Chinese Government has instructed the entire nation to go vegetarian on July 7, the occasion of the first anniversary of the Sino-Japanese hostilities as it is the Chinese custom to express mourning by abstaining from meat.-Renter.
