Firm in tone, but not violent, the Note deals with eleven cases, mostly of alleged violation of the frontier by Czech planes, and four cases of ag-

It asks for a searching inquiry, punishment of the guilty and measures to prevent repetition.
It is gathered that the Note also suggests that with a view to eliminating the risk of further in- cidents, soldiers and gendarmes should not carry ball cartridges and should not enter public houses, and that Reservists should gradually be disbanded.
