Czech Actions Declared To Be Unconstitutional

Prague, To-day. The Sudeten German Party issued yesterday even- ing an official statement on Sunday's meeting of the Political Committee of the Party. It re- iterates the assertion that the mobilization and the measures adopted by the Czecho-Slovakian Government are unconstitutional. A concrete proof of this assertion, the statement goes on to say, was submitted to Dr. Hodza, the Czech Prime Minister, by the Sudeten German Deputies Kund, Neuwirth and Frank in the course of the parleys which took place yester- day.
