Ordinary air mail letters may be posted in the ordinary posting boxes at Kowloon Post Office and General Post Office: They should be clearly marked "By Air Mail" and bear suficient postage. Insufficiently prepaid letters may be taxed with double the deficiency or forwarded by Steamer Service, at the discretion of the Post Office. *
Postage Stamps of the new issue HM. King George VI in the denomina- tions 2 cents, 4 cents and 25 cents will be on sale in all Post Offices as from 5th April 1938.
In order to assist Dealers and others who require considerable quanti of these stamps for first day covers" supplies in complete sheets of 120 stamps only will be available at the Chief Accountant's Office, 1st Post Office Building, from 5.00 p.m., tó 6 pm. on Monday 4th April stamps will not be valid for postage until 5th April.
