Significance Of
March To Nazis
Berlin, To-day All Germany yesterday celebrated Heroes Day, the central feature of the ceremonies being a cere- mony held in the Berlin State Opera House, where Field Marshal Hermann Goering re- ported on events in Austria.
Field-Marshal Goering said that "no power on earth will ever again separate Germans in the Reich from Germans in Austria," and once again he
stressed Germany's honest desire for peace.

>A communique issued by the In- ternational Rubber Committee The commends that Siam be alloited the following basic quotas for the fre years 1939-1943:—54.5. 55.3, 55.7, 56 and 60, thousand tons.
The percentages and basic quotas fixed by the International Committee apply to Siam under condition that a minimum annual export of 41,000 tons is guaranteed.
A minimum area of new planting of 31,000 acres will be allowed to Siam during the fire years-Reuter.
