Letters for this Service may be posted. in the ordinary posting boxes at Kowloon Post Office and General Post Of fice. They should be clearly marked "By Air Mail" and bear sufficient pós- tage. Insufficiently prepaid letters may be taxed with double the deficiency or forwarded by Steamer Service, at the discretion of the Post Office."
