Dr. Rushdi Aras, arrived here yesterday from Budapest on his return journey from Geneva to Ankara.

It is stated that in the course of talks with the Yugo-Slav Premier, at which the Rumanian and Greek Ministers in Belgrade were also present, he discussed impressions gathered by him in Geneva, Vienna and Budapest.

Newspaper Editor Decapitated

Shanghai, To-day.

A man's head which had been severed from the trunk and was found hanging from a lamppost by the police on Sunday night, has since been proved to be that of the editor of the Shanghai paper “Si Chue Wan Pao.”

Fastened to the head was a note signed "The Secret Society for Justice," and which stated that the victim's fate was a warning to other Chinese newspaper editors.
