Mr. Hsu Shih Ying, the Chinese Ambassador to Tokyo, who is leaving for Hong Kong in the R.M.S. Empress of Asia will ar- rive in the Colony on January 24.
It is understood that he will stay in the Colony for a few days and later proceed to Hankow by plane to interview the General- issimo.
