Percy Smith, Seth & Fleming, No. 6, Des Voeux Road, Central (4th. floor) Hong Kong, on THURSDAY, the 30th day of December, 1937 at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of having an account of the Liquida- tors, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such meet- ing, receiving the Official Receiver's report (if any) and of hearing any explanation thereof that may be! given by the Liquidators, and als: of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the Books, Accounts and Docu- ments of the Company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of

Notice is hereby given that the name of the above Company will from the 1st January, 1938, be changed to
CABLE & WIRELESS, LIMITED, with which is associated the East- ern Extension Australasia & China Telegraph Co., Ltd., (Incorporated in England).
An agreement has been signed between His Excellency the Gov- ernor, Sir Geoffrey Northcote, K.C.M.G., and Cable & Wireless, Ltd, for the transfer to the latter company of the fixed station com- mercial radio communications of the Colony as from January 1st.. 1938.
