To-day being the Italian Arms- tice Day, all British warships in port are dressed over-all and will remain so until sun-down, being lowered this morning for half-an- hour between 10 am and 10:30
On November 11, Armistice Day, the King of Italy will celebrate his 68th birthday and all British war- ships in port will be dressed over- all, those vessels in dock flying the Italian ensign at their mainmasts.
