One of the easiest ways to give your meals a "carnival touch” is by serving, desserts that are brightly coloured. Gelatin now comes în a variety of sparkling colours, and really fascinating desserts can made by combining two different flavours of contrasting colours, and moulding them in alternate layers. Packaged gelatin is so inexpensive that a really gorgeous looking dessert can be made at a cost of only a few cents, and its preparation re- quires almost no cooking skill.
The next time you find your meals getting monotonous, try the follow- ing colourful recipes. They are guaranteed to brighten up even the drabbest table.
