QUITE FRANKLY, WE DON'T KNOW. But if you are interested in sausages, you'll be glad to know that we have engaged the services of a German expert sausage maker, and small meats smoker.
Displays of his work are now showing at our Albert Road, Queen's Road, Hong Kong, and Nathan Road, Kowloon, branches, and we would suggest you order sausages for the coming weekend.
