An Exhibition of water colours by the French artist, Francois Geof froy-Dechaume, is being opened the French Bank Building at 5 o'clock on Monday, October 4, and will last a week.
M: Geoffrey-Dechaume is a most talented artist and among his ex- hibits are many water colours of Hong Kong and China.
