Sudden Turn For Worse During

The condition of Thomas Masaryk, founder and ex-President of Czecho-Slovakia, who has been ill for some weeks, took a sudden turn for the worse, and he is stated to be critically ill.

Earlier last week he had recovered somewhat and it was announced that the daily bulletin would no longer be issued by his doctors.
