Confusion reigned in the city of Waichow yes- terday morning when six Japanese bombers flew over the town and dropped several bombs, six of which fell in the compound of the Waichow Sana- tarium, which is controlled by the American Seventh-Day Adventists (South China Division).
Several Chinese attached to the Sanatarium were injured and are being sent to Hong Kong where they should arrive at 11.15 am. to-day.
