U.S. FOREIGN POLICY Approval Expressed In Replies Of 37 Nations
NOTEWORTHY LIST OF COUNTRIES WHICH HAVE LEFT NOTE UNANSWERED

General approval of Mr. Cordell Hull's state- ment on the foreign policy of the United States, made publicly on July 17, is expressed in replies which have been received from 37 nations, includ- ing France, Britain and Russia, according to an announcement by the State Department.
The Department adds, however, that no replies have been received from Germany, Italy, Japan, China or Spain, which is noteworthy, since Mr. Cor- dell Hull's declaration has been construed as par- ticularly applying to the Sino-Japanese and the Spanish conflicts
