At Cox's Road yesterday afternoon, in the "A" Division of the Lawn Tennis League, Club de Recreio beat Kowloon Cricket Elub by 7% sets to 1%.

TN direct contrast to the Semi-Final Round games, the final of the Open Pairs Lawn Bowls competition yesterday on the Kowloon Bowling Green, between the Omar brothers and the Luz brothers resulted in a win for the Omars by 20 shots to 15, and produced bowls of a very high standard, such as has seldom been witnessed in the Colony, and undoubtedly the best that has been seen in this competition since its inauguration four seasons ago.
