The Berlin newspaper, "Der Angriff," yester- day published reports from its Moscow correspon- dent suggesting that an embittered struggle is go- ing on between the Soviet War Commissar, Mar shal Voroshilov, and the Home Commissar, M. Yezhov.
The correspondent says that M. Yezhov is steadily gaining ground at the expense of the hitherto most powerful man in the Soviet Stalin.
