Densmore Shute To Meet Cotton
New York, June 14.-Densmore Shute, the United States profes- sional champion and member of this year's American Ryder Cup team, has been nominated by the. U.S. Professional Golfers" Associa- tion to meet Henry Cotton, who has been selected for the British Ryder Cup team, in: a. 72 holes match for £500 a-side.
The match will be played at Southport directly after the Ryder Cup match on June 29 and 30.
