A joint resolution submitted by the Belgian, Indian, Chinese and Japanese workers' delegates at the meeting of the International Labour Office yesterday gave rise to an animated discussion.
The resolution was in favour of application of an uniform system of protection for workers in China, whether the undertakings were situated or not in foreign Concessions and was carried by 103 votes to none.
