SAM RANDLE FOR K.F.C. (By "SKIP")

• IN my notes last week, I promised good bowls and thrills galore in the match between Club de Recreio and Craigengower at King's Park, and spectators were amply rewarded in both respects. I do not think that even the Portuguese thought they could save the game, for they were 18 down at the 12th head, and as much as 14 after the 18th!
