The official “Gazette” publishes a decree announcing that credits totalling: 2,300,000,000 – francs will be placed, at the disposal of the Ministries of Health, Aviation and. Public Works.
Of this sum, 267,000,000. francs will be spent by the Air Ministry for development of civil air bases, improvement in radio services and other measures. Trans-Ocean.
