10.05. Due to the increasing workload the Distribution Division was split into two separate divisions—the Distribution and the Supply Divisions in April. The new Distribution Division controls, maintains, and extends the fresh and salt water distribution systems throughout the Colony, and provides supplies to consumers. The new Supply Division is responsible for the maintenance and operation of storage reservoirs, treatment works, service reservoirs and trunk mains, and for processing hydrological data for design purposes.
