Financial Secretary- To Government
It is officially notified for general information that, in connection with a scheme of reorganization of the financial methods of Colonial Governments, Mr. Sydney Caine, one of the Principals of the Colonial Office, will be seconded to Hong Kong for a period of three years to act as Financial Secretary to the Govern- ment.
Mr. Caine is expected to arrive in the Colony towards the middle of July this year.
