IN LIMELIGHT
The University "A", potential champions of the League, recorded their ninth win in the “A” Division of the Men's Doubles Badminton League last night, when they de feated Club de Recreio. "B" by 8 games to 1 at King's Park, while at the Eu Tong Sen Gymnasium, the University "B" demonstrated their strength by trouncing the Free Lances by 6 games to 3.
The undergraduates proved too fast for the Portuguese players, who, in spite of the overwhelming odds, played pluckily throughout the match. H. A. Barros and A. E. Xavier displayed brilliant form and were the main source of worry to the visitors.

London, February 2. The Bradford F.C. directors will discuss at their board. meeting on Thursday a pro- posal to transfer the famous Park Avenue club to London.
The proposal is contained in a letter received from a syndi- cate associated with a London stadium. The offer has caused great surprise in Bradford and it is considered hardly likely that it will be taken seriously.
