The return fourballs golf match between the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps and Shek-0 will be played at Shek-0 to-morrow after- 18 noon. Play will be fourballs holes (twice round the old course).

AFTER THE REGULAR BUSINESS OF THE MEETING HAD CONCLUDED, MAJOR C. M. MANNERS, THE CHAIRMAN, BROUGHT UP THE QUESTION OF ALTERATION OF INTER- PORT RULES AND SAID THAT DURING THE TIME THE SHANGHAI INTERPORTERS WERE HERE, MR. S. V. GASH WAS VERY BUSY AND HE HAD ANTICIPATED ANOTHER WOULD BE MEMBER OF THE SHANGHAI ASSOCIATION HERE TOO, BUT NO OCCASION WAS TAKEN OF BROACHING THE SUBJECT WITH MR. GASH.
Mr. W. E. Hollands said that he knew that Mr. Gash came to the Colony with power to co-operate with Hong Kong on any question effecting the Interport rules, but he (Gash) had never been officially approached. Mr. McKelvie and Capt. Kimm also said that they had spoken to Mr. Gash, but not officially.
