SIR ELLY KADOORIE GIVES AWAY AWARDS
Sir Elly Kadoorie distributed the prizes at the Ellis Kadoorie School yesterday when the head- master, Mr. G. H. Reeve, in the course of his report. stressed the importance of teaching the Chin- ese boys how to speak English properly, with particular regard to enunciation.
At the end of the prize dis- tribution, Mr. Lawrence Kadoorie. made a speech on behalf of his father.
