The annual Inter-Constitutional Bowls match for the "Owen- Hughes Cup between rinks re- presenting the English and Scot- tish Constitutions was played on the Football Club green" (by kind permission of the Club), yes- terday afternoon when the Eng įlish Constitution won by 15 shots, | thus winning the trophy for the second year in saccession.
At the consclusion of the game, Mrs. H. Owen-Hughes presented he trophy and souvenir spoons to
