Before a sitting of the Full Court this morning, presided over by the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl MacGregor, who was sup- ported by the Acting Puisae Judge, Mr. Justice J. J. Hayden, a motion to strike from the Rolls of the Court a solicitor was made by Mr. H. G. Sheldon, who appeared on behalf of the Incorporat- ed Law Society of Hong Kong.
Mr. Leo D'Almada e Castro, Jr., appeared for the respondent, assisted by Mr. P M. Hodgson. Before the bearing of the case proceeded. His Lordship the Chief Justice requested the Press to refrain from mentioning the name of the respondent or the legal firm or firms connected with him, until such time as the Court ordered otherwise.
