The selectors made their decision after seeing the English champions, Plaistow United, outclass the Best of England at the Empire Pool, Wembley, on Saturday by five clear goals. They are, however, going to hold another trial match before the team is chosen.

The Kowloon Indians Tennis Club, who beat the LRC last Tuesday by an overwhelming majority of 9 clear sets, should easily account for the Civil Ser Ivice.
Another good game should be witnessed at Sookanpoo, where the Army and University clash. Both are falling into their stride, and the undergraduates will probably just win.
