Attention is drawn to the increas ed postal rates effective as from 1st June 1936. Unpaid or insufficiently prepaid correspondence is only de liverable against payment of double) the deficiency.
No 15 cant stamps are at presentĮ on sale and 10 ceart and 5 cent stamps) should be used. 20 cent and 5 centi stamps will be accepted for the 25 cent rate as soon as the present stock of 25 cent stamps is exhausted.
