Damages of $1,400, and costs. were awarded to the plaintiff by Mr. Justice Lindsell at the Supreme Court this morning, when Wong Yun-sheung, repre- sented by Mr. H. C. Macnamara. (instructed by Mr. C. E. R. Sanderson) claimed the return of 200 Hong Kong Tramway shares and damages for wrong- ful detention of the said shares. from Messrs. Chau and Lee, who were represented by Mr. Leo D'Almada, jnr., instructed by Mr. J. T. Prior.
In opening his case, Mr. Mac- namara said that the issue concern- ed the wrongful detention of 200 Tramway shares.
