smoking shambles.
They were the wife and eight!
children of Mr. Adam young Tyrer, aged 39, a coal-cutter, of Greenbank-street, Tyldesley, who were trapped in their bed-rooms by this sudden and furious blaze.
Mr. Tyrer himself was the only survivor. He jumped 14ft. from a bedroom
