Mr. Lo said that in 1932 Tam Chek, who was a fellow country- мат of the plaintiff, wanted to start a building contractor's busi- ness. He was introduced by Tam Wai to one Wong Cheung-lok, a highly experienced man in this particular line of business, and Wong in turn introduced him to. two men, Lo Wa and Choy. Wing, who subsequently became his: partners in the business and who were given shares by Tam Chek, į with whose money the business was started.
